What To Include So The Reply Is Useful
- Your trade and whether you are a sole trader, limited company or subcontractor.
- The software you use, if any: Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, spreadsheet or paper.
- Whether you are VAT registered, CIS registered, or both.
- How many bank accounts, card feeds and supplier accounts need checking.
- How far behind the books are and whether a deadline is already fixed.
- Whether you want monthly bookkeeping, CIS, VAT, payroll, rescue work or a health check.

In-person meetings are available within roughly 25 miles of Swindon, including Royal Wootton Bassett, Highworth, Marlborough, Cirencester and Chippenham. Beyond that, work is remote only.
Receipt drop-offs and in-person reviews are by appointment only. Paper records can be dropped off on Tuesdays between 9:30am and 12:00pm by appointment, then originals are scanned and returned within 14 working days.
